Grown by Jhon Freddy in Pitalito, Huila, Colombia at 1700 meters. Pink Bourbon is kind of a unicorn variety - not super common, but worth seeking out. Washed process: jasmine aromatics, tropical fruit, lime zest, a caramel sweetness. Sweet and balanced, really clean cup. Medium roast from Blend Coffee Roasters makes this perfect for espresso drinks.
