Tenerife's coffee scene is evolving. While the island has a long history with coffee — the Canary Islands were actually a stop on the coffee trade route — specialty coffee is still relatively new here. We're proud to be part of that change.

Yugen | Worlds Within Coffee is located inside Centro Comercial La Niña (upper floor) at Avenida de España 26 in Adeje, just a short walk from the coast. What to Expect

We're a small, focused café. No rushing, no shortcuts. Expect:

• Filter coffee brewed to order: V60, Chemex, or AeroPress with single-origin beans from Colombia, Ethiopia, Guatemala, and República Dominicana
• Espresso drinks made with specialty beans — from a classic cortado to a flat white with velvety microfoam
• Local craft beer from Canarian breweries Tacoa and Ranilla
• A Barraquito — the traditional Canarian layered coffee with condensed milk, Licor 43, and lemon zest

Roasted on the Island

All our beans are roasted by Blend Coffee Roasters right here in Tenerife. That means your coffee was roasted days ago, not shipped from the mainland weeks or months before. You can taste the difference.

Take Beans Home

Love what you tried? Most of our coffees are available by the bag so you can brew at home — we'll even share our recipe for the specific coffee you're taking with you. (A few rare filter lots are café-only: we can never get enough of them to bag up.) And if you want to go deeper, join our weekly coffee cupping in Costa Adeje to taste several origins side by side.
